COMMUNICATION AND PERSONAL GOALS

Topics - Improving interpersonal relationships, Positive Thinking, establishing and reviewing personal goals (Financial, family, career, education, etc.).

This Program could be offered once or twice a year or alternated with another type of "Motivational" program.

Time - 3 to 6 hours, (3 hour or 1½ hour meetings)

New Managers, Assistant Managers,

Management Trainees

SUPERVISION SKILLS

Topics - Planning, Organizing, Delegating, Controlling, Training ( A brief introduction to what managing and supervising people are all about).

Time -             18 hours, 6 weekly meetings of 2½ hours

Experienced Managers, Supervisors, Executive, Level Employees and Wives

TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS FOR MANAGEMENT

Topics - Human Understanding and communication, identifying and reducing the "Games" employees play. Based on the books Games People Play, Born to Win, and I'm OK -You're OK.

Time - 24 hours, 8 weekly meetings of 2½ hours

Anyone who does interviewing for prospective employees

EVALUATING JOB APPLICANTS

Topics -Evaluating an application, how to interview and evaluate the job applicant. What to look for, both positive and negative in personality traits.

Time - 7 hours intensive, one day

Managers, Supervisors, Executive Level Employees and Wives.

LESSONS IN LEADERSHIP

Topics -Identifying personality functions and traits leading to success and/or failure on the job. Finding ways to strengthen personal success skills. Helping others to grow through counseling and communication techniques. This program is based on both the concepts of Transactional Analysis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. A good book on NLP is Frogs Into Princes, by Bandler and Grinder.

Time - 14 hours, either 2 days intensive, or 7 weekly 2½ hour meetings

FEELINGS

Topics - Customer and coworker relations

Time - 6 hours, 3 weekly meetings of 2 hours

Anyone involved in the leadership of others

COMMUNICATING FOR RESULTS

Topics - Similar to the program Lesson in Leadership with more depth and emphasis on accomplishing results through others by being more effective in our communication skills. Includes a study of NLP, a subject made popular by Tony Robbins

Time - 20 hours, 8 weekly meetings of 2½ hours, or 2½ days intensive

Anyone in a leadership position or must cooperate with others to accomplish results

PRINCIPLES OF TEAM MANAGEMENT

Topics – Fundamentals of Team work and Team Leadership

Time - 6 hours, intensive, or 4 – 1½ hour weekly sessions

Anyone who is active in Sales or Sales Management

EXECUTIVE SALES

Topics - Understanding People, Maintaining a Positive Mental Attitude, Effective Prospecting, Managing Time, Making a Presentation, Closing Sales, Listening, Personal Goals

Time - 24 hours, 8 weekly meetings of  3 hours each, or 21 hours, 3 days of 7 hours each

Anyone who is active in Sales or Sales Management

PSYCHOLOGY OF SELLING

Topics - Utilizing NLP in Selling Situations Reading and Listening to people, Establishing trust and rapport, Making an Effective Presentation, Closing (A good book on NLP is Frogs Into Princes by Bandler and Grinder)

Time - 18 hours, 6 weekly meeting of 3 hours each, or 18 hours, 2 days of 8 hours each

Individuals or Couples interested in personal growth and improved relationships
