LESSONS IN LEADERSHIP
Topics -Identifying personality functions and
traits leading to success and/or failure on the job. Finding ways to

counseling and communication techniques. This program is based on both
the concepts of Transactional Analysis and Neuro-Linguistic
Programming. A good book on NLP is Frogs Into
Princes, by Bandler and Grinder. Time - 14 hours, either 2
days intensive, or 7 weekly 2½ hour meetings
