Background

        President and founder of Avary Growth Institute, Inc., a management consulting, training, and personal coaching firm established in 1969.  In this capacity Bob has served as both trainer for and consultant to many of the most successful firms and individual entrepreneurs in the Permian Basin of West Texas. 
        He relies on ample experience in business management and sales when teaching and coaching the arts of communication and human relations as they apply to business.  He continues to be an avid student of current psychological developments and applies this knowledge to the practical aspects of Emotional Intelligence, Team Management, Effective Leadership, Communication and Selling Skills.
        Bob has taught numerous courses in Adult Education in Odessa and Midland Colleges as well as the Petroleum Extension Service of UTPB.  He is also approved by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a registered sponsor.
        As a Certified Transactional Analyst, he is a regular presenter at the International Transactional Analysis conferences. His training material and articles are used in teaching Transactional Analysis in the U.S. as well as Australia, England, Canada, China, France, Italy, Japan, Puerto Rico, Shanghais, and Venezuela.
       
Bob has written a book, The Psychology of Ego States, which has been self published and is available from the address shown below.
        He has recently completed another book on The Word Less Heard, a practical guideline to living the abundant life that is available to anyone who has anyone that has an interest in a more successful life.
        Bob is also certified as an Advanced Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) as well as being a lifetime member of the
Royal Institute of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
